Three Simple Shifts to Restore Energy for Fertility
You do not need an extreme overhaul to start feeling better. Here are a few small but powerful shifts that can help recharge your energy:
- Start your day with protein. A protein-rich breakfast stabilizes blood sugar, balances hormones, and prevents the mid-morning crash.
- Reset your nervous system. Just five minutes of intentional breathing, journaling, or mindfulness can signal safety to your body.
- Hydrate first. Drink water before coffee or tea in the morning. Add a pinch of sea salt to help your body absorb it better.
