  5. Incorporate probiotics: Probiotics are beneficial bacteria that live in the gut and help to keep the digestive system in balance. Consuming probiotic-rich foods, such as yogurt, kefir, and fermented vegetables, or taking a high-quality probiotic supplement can help to improve gut health and boost fertility.
  6. Get regular exercise: Physical activity can help to improve digestion and reduce stress, both of which can boost fertility.
  7. Manage stress: Stress can negatively impact fertility by affecting hormone levels and increasing inflammation. When your body is stressed, it can’t digest. Signals tell it that it needs to run and survive, not rest and digest!
  8. Add Bone Broth: Bone broth has nutrients in it that will help you heal the gut, try adding it to your diet!
