There are a lot of misconceptions about exercising for fertility.
If you’re wondering if you can work out while you’re trying to conceive, you’re in the right place!

On this YouTube episode of The Fertility Godmother’s Show, I talked about whether or not you can exercise while you’re trying to get pregnant and some of the best ways to do it!
If you love to work out as I do, you might be concerned about whether or not its harmful to your fertility.
