One of the first ways to boost fertility for men is to focus on his diet! Just as you nourish your body for conception, he should focus on nutrient-rich foods, too!
- Encourage him to load up on fruits and vegetables, with an emphasis on veggies.
- High-quality protein sources, like lean meats and legumes, are essential to boost fertility for men.
- Healthy fats also make a difference – think avocados and nuts.
On the flip side, help him steer clear of trans fats and processed foods that could negatively impact his fertility machinery.

Temperature control: Keeping things cool for sperm health
Here’s something you might not know – sperm are sensitive to temperature changes. So, if he’s been spending too much time in hot tubs or rocking snug underwear, it’s time for an adjustment.
High temperatures can affect sperm health and motility. Loose-fitting underwear and avoiding hot tubs can make all the difference. Some men even use cold compresses to maintain a comfortable temperature. Remind him that maintaining a cool environment down there can contribute to your fertility journey.
Seeking support
Support matters and that applies to both of you. Encourage open communication between you and your partner. Share your thoughts, concerns, and hopes for this journey. Remember, he’s on this path with you, and his emotional well-being is just as important.
Remind him that seeking support doesn’t signify weakness – it’s a sign of strength and commitment to your shared dream of parenthood.
